SINGULAR AUDIENCE

"Patut la orang kampung tak suka JPJ... Kamu semua ni jahat!" Those were among the words uttered by my dad to a couple of Road Transport Department (or mostly known as JPJ) officers last Saturday when we were pulled over by them at a roadside near Kuala Ibai, Kuala Terengganu... Okey, let me start the story with a proper introduction... Here goes...  Last Saturday morning, my dad, my mom, two of my brothers and me were on our way to granny's house at Seberang Takir, Kuala Terengganu... At that time, it was just starting to rain and it was very quiet in the car as my brothers finally got tired of arguing in 'bromance' kind of way and fell asleep... I was about to doze off too but the second I lay my head onto my seat, I heard a honking sound... It was like, "TOOTTTT!! TOTOTTT!!"... You know, the one like police cars make...  I turned my head around and saw a dark blue four wheel drive through the rear window... "Abah, polis... Di...

She : Sometimes I wonder how do short people get on with their lives... It must be hard for them... Me : Sometimes I wonder how do ugly people look at themselves in the mirror... It must be really hard for them... She : Okey, you're meaner than me... I feel better now... Me : They must have really big egos to feel good about themselves... Well, it's not the exact dialogue, but that was the kind that I had with my girlfriend a few months ago while having something to eat at Old Town White Coffee at Dataran Pahlawan... We weren't referring to anyone in particular... It's just a random conversation... I personally think that ugly people should smile more... Smiling would make they look better... Though the smile must be decent... What do you think? Which one do u prefer to see? An ugly person who frowns... or an ugly person who smiles?

Pretty often I hear people saying they don't want to commit something sinful because they are afraid that it will add up to their total sins and because they are afraid of hell... Or some people say they want to do something good because they want " pahala " and go to heaven... I've been thinking about it for quite some time and in my opinion, it's kinda wrong... I remember one of my Ustazah s said that we should not be do something because we want " pahala " or we don't want to be sinful but instead, everything we do we must do it solely because of Allah... It is Allah who we must fear and not hell... It is Allah who we must worship and not His heaven and all that it has to offer...  However, how can we worship Him when we cannot see Him and His powers? That question seems to be quite popular among those who dare to think and not just follow blindly to religious teachings... I too sometimes ask the same question... because it is in most of us, mod...

Okey?    Any suggestion on what should the new address be?  unspokenwords.blogspot.com? theunheard.blogspot.com?  walawalabingbing.blogspot.com? Hmm... I dont know... Why change? Well, I no longer in favor of the term Fingers Crossed... that's all...   

A friend of mine sent me the above message last nite... Well, I think that this is kinda wrong... If I sent the message to 50 of my friends, I shall be rewarded with good luck and happiness for 40 days? I think it's wrong because only Allah Almighty can grant us luck and happiness... not some simple messages sent via SMS...  Even if I did send it to 50 friends, if Allah wants to test me, He will definitely test me... Correct me if I'm wrong...
